I have a HD-CVI camera that is about 5 months old. It has worked fine until about a month ago when I started seeing all these white specs only at night. At first I thought maybe the IR light was being reflected back, but now I don't think so. I am attaching a picture, please let me know if anyone has any idea what might cause this. Thanks

Good Morning,
I don't mean to ask such an obvious question, but have you tried wiping down the lens? Sort of looks like there is a bit of reflection off the ducts in front of the camera and the specs on the lens are being lit up.
I've never seen a camera do this before, so if you haven't already, try to clean the lens off with a soft cloth.
What is the model of the camera. If its a Vandal Dome. Ensure to clean the inside with a micro fiber cloth, so as to not leave any fibers. From what I can see it looks like IR bounce back from fibers or dust particles.
