My cameras are mounted on the building that view a driveway on the side of our building. I need to get a more depth field of view. I’ll see if I can post a picture of the side of the building to give you a better idea but I’m using my phone not my computer. I am looking to changeup my cameras choose ones that will give me a better View of the area. The pictures that you see in the previous post are labels that I took off the box that the cameras came in to give you an idea what model we have.

Hello , before I can assist you with this question I need to clarify a few things. I noticed the camera model in the image is a TVI technology camera and the recorder is an NVR with built in POE.  This camera and NVR in my experience will not work together.

The camera you have uses TVI technology with a 2.8mm lens this will produce a wide field of view. If you are looking for a replacement for the current camera that will work on the NVR you have in the image then I can suggest a camera that is IP based and works with most NVR models using the Onvif protocol. Cameras with 2.8mm lens are our widest Field of view fixed lens available. It may be a better option to place the camera at another angle for best results you could add another camera and have them facing out toward each other each on opposite sides of the building to get the most coverage.

The camera link below would be a great upgrade , it has the WDR its 4 mega pixels and also has a 2.8mm fixed lens. Please give me a call if you have any questions or concerns, I am on the sales team as well and can help you place an order if you would like. To reach me direct you can reach me direct at 866-573-8878 Ext 117.
