Hi all, I am helping in my sister's restaurant.
I found one of the employees stole the tips.
I haven't told the staff because she works really hard and she has been here for quite a long time.
I talked to my sister but both of us are now in a dilemma.
We think we should install more cameras to get the evidence of her stealing, then go talk to her.
But we still want to know if there is a better way to solve this.
Does anyone have any idea on how should we solve this?

Greetings.
It's certainly not our place to tell you how to handle a staffing issue, but we would certainly recommend having a camera system in your restaurant. Not only can it help in a situation like the one you are facing in managing employee theft, it can help protect your establishment against false liability claims and other damages and assist in numerous other issues when dealing with both employee and other issues with the general public. We would love to assist in quoting a system for your sister's restaurant. If you are interested please have someone contact us at (561) 288-5258 ext. 2 and a sales agent can help design an appropriate system for your needs.
Sincerely,
