I recently bought a Vet clinic and it has a security camera system installed that allows remote viewing. The previous owner has a computer set up at their home that specifically to view these cameras. He has made a few comments about things I have changed that he wouldnt know about unless he was still watching the cameras. I have changed my password on the server but that only affects the computer that is in office. If you go to the I.P. addy for the cameras you are still able to watch them without the password being required. What is the simplest way to remove his access and only allow myself and the comuter in the office access to the video feed?
You would need to access the recorders menus either by IE browser or with a monitor and a mouse attached to it, then change the password to all users. You can also change any DDNS address if any added.
Please provide me with a model number and I can assist further.
