For Florida, what are the rules/guidelines of camera coverage where some of your neighbor's property is visible on camera? If you put a camera on the side of your house to capture the fence/gate but part of that also covers your neighbor's yard and/or house, how is that addressed?

I am not aware of any laws preventing you from mounting cameras for the purpose of monitoring your own property regardless of whether you have some of your neighbors property in the view. However, I have heard of some neighborhood HOAs that have some restrictions.

My lawyer said there shouldn't be any issues as long as we don't have any HOA restrictions.
