How can I program a remote card reader on a separate dx series 2 door controller to activate a door relay on another 2 door controller? I need a remote card reader on same lan but separate location to open door.

Add both DX board to your DX Access Control Software and then add your rules. You can have multiple boards on your software. As long as they are on the same network you will be able to program them.
