Hello David,

Lets first enable some features on your software, for this open the software and on the bottom left corner you will see "Tools" click on this and a menu will pop up with some options, we will be opening the "Extended Functions" with a code of 5678.
Once you are inside of this menu make sure you have the following enabled.

Once you have done so and click on "OK" it will restart the software adding the extra features.Once you have logged back in navigate to "Access Control" then "Time Profile", Here you can create your Time Profiles for your Employees, once you have done so navigate to "Task List" here is where you would add your Door information, for example Door1 (Main Entrance) can be set to be opened at a certain time like 9 - 1800hrs (9am-6PM) with the "Access Method" set to Door Open. The setting "Door Controlled" means that this door will be controlled by the access control board with the access rules you have set. Anyone with access to that particular door with privliges both set in the Time Profile as well as the Access Privilege will be granted access and others will be denied entry.
