Hey Guys, we recently installed a couple of TriBrid Prime series dvrs. Yesterday I needed to extract several video clips for evidence. I was able to pull the clips and save them to my laptop remotely. Windows Media player is not playing the video. Is there a player or a converter, or a an updated versian of Windows Media Player that I use to watch videos and pass on to my customer so they can see the clips?
