Hello all, 

I have an 8 channel mini DVR that I would like to completely reset to factory settings, however the only option I see in the menu is to set to default options but not completely reinitialize. I was wondering if there is a way to fully reset the system as I am having difficulty accessing the cameras remotely and it seems this may be due to it being locked out previously. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Depending on what model you have this may or may not be possible. Can you PM me the order information so I can verify you're the owner of the system before proceeding with resetting any settings?
