I have two mini DVRs. One here in Boca and the other in Tenn.  Up till now I've had no access issues. Friday I was unable to access Tenn DVR either via web access nor Android. The login prompt screen does display but times out.  I'm a developer so I know the login screen comes for DVR.  Cleared cached and tried on another computer as a test. Also tried the telnet connect test to port 88 (88->80 forwarded)  and 37777 with no timeouts.  So I know the router and port forwarding was okay.

There's an auto reboot at 3:00 AM each day.  This morning I was able to access box.  The recordings were one continuous motion detect from just past 3:00 AM to midnight.  The timestamp was frozen. One camera did not record at all. Log reveals nothing.

So something strange happened.  Has this ever been reported by others? Are there any updates? Going to Tenn next month so I can preform update if needed.

Specifics: 1 TB disk; 8 channels; 6 cameras (non-PZM) - D1, 15FPS, CBR, 1024KB - CIF, 7, CBR, 192

Only the normal stream recorded. 5 cameras recording.

Webre Cntrl 2.1.7.72; NetSDK 3.3.9.7311; PlaySDK 3.20.0.7129

Addition info. The DVR box did report in every 8 hours with email.  So the internal system time was correct.  Not sure if this is setup as a CRON job.  Also discovered that RECORD setting were are set to STOP.  Not sure setting stored on disk or some EEPROM or non-volatile memory. S/N is PAZMP06201258 - Steve

I'd like to log into the unit and take a look at the issue. Can you submit a trouble ticket with us and provide the external IP address and the http port number?
