Hi I am new on here so hello to everybody.
I was wondering if anyone could help me please I have a friend that asked me if I could have a look at his CCTV because it wasn't recording. It's a ray sharp h.264 and I can't seem to get it to record but when I went in to the HDD option in main menu it says no disk I will add a pic if aloud. Does anybody what is wrong please.
Check if the disk is spinning if it is and the drive is over 2years of age. Simply replace it as it may have completely failed of old age. You can purchase a surveillance Drive here https://www.securitycameraking.....9-ctg.html
