I'm trying to setup push notifications on my dvr using the mobile app; however when I go to push setting in the app it only displays "No device to configure".

The version of the application not the IOS Version. From the information that you have given here, your recorder if its the QDVR-SBE8ME is not up to date, this is why the push notification is not functioning as this is on firmware ver 1.1 . For this please have a technician assist you on upgrading your recorder by calling to 866 573-8878 option 3 or open a chat session here http://messenger.providesuppor.....aking.html
