My DVR works with PSS on my Windows 10 computer but I am trying to get it on my new Windows 11 machine.  The DVR is on my LAN.

This is a DVR-LT4120MHD 4 Channel Ultimate Mini Series D1 Realtime Security DVR.

PPS finds my DVR but shows offline.  I can not get it to go online so I can not view the cameras.  I am using the same log on info that works on the Windows 10 computer.  Is this a firewall issue or a compatibility problem or something else?

If I try the WEB SERVICE on the edge browser, even in the internet explorer compatibility mode, the required browser plug in will not work.  How can I see my DVR on my Windows 11 computer.
