I saw on one of the videos it was mentioned that there was a video about the POS Overlay function but i cant find it anyplace. Can someone give me more info on this? Like as in how does it connect?

Here you can find how POS overlay works. The thing is that POS over the network send a particular set of data that a POS expert should be able to interpret. Here are a few links that can give you some idea of how POS over the network works:

We are not in the habit of deleting posts. Because this is a new forum, each post must be approved by a moderator before it is published. When Jesus replied to your post, he didn't approve your post first so you saw the reply from him but your post had not yet been approved. Your post is now approved and we are sorry you though we deleted it.
We have been using trouble tickets for years and our technicians and support staff are not used to a forum setting.

Thanks guys for the info. I didn't realize that posts had to be approved...lol...i'm a moderator myself on a couple of forums and i can see your reasons for needing to approve posts.

Is there a link to a PDF with detailed instructions on how to configure the POS overlay that I do not have to go to the HelpDesk site? I tried to set up a login for the site but the two security words were illegible. I tried several combinations and even asked two other people to try and decipher them. No one could do it. I understand security but, that's too much. Please help.

I would like to have my DVR integrate with my Epson register/pole display for the pupose of overlaying the transaction data on the DVR feed. I have the 16 channel Elite HD Federal Full model. Please advise as to how best to set this up. I have RS232 cables already run. Option to do IP setup as well but a bit rusty with that. thanks.
