When reviewing video, it plays back at normal speed. However, once converted to an .avi file (through the Security Camera web backup feature), the playback is fast forward. How do we get regular speed?
Also, Windows doesn't seem to live .avi. Is there a more reliable file format?

I noticed that on your orders you do not have a drive from us, Please be sure to utilize a surveillance type drive if you are using a non-surveillance type drive you will end up with a drive that fails quicker or has errors such as the one you are experiencing. The .AVI format is a popular standard, please use VLC PLayer or any other player that has the AVI encode libraries.

Thanks for the followup. We use WD Purple 4TB Surveillance Hard Disk Drive, which I was told was acceptable.
