I have a new Elite PenDvr-EL16M4K-AI. I have initialized it and set up networking. While trying to view the OSD over the internet the screen shows only a 4 camera view. Quick start videos on this website and in the product manual say to right click to obtain a menu of options but the results are not as indicated: only a three option menu concerning 'select' appears. How do I change from a 4 camera view to 16? How do I access the options which should appear according to the videos and manual?

Maybe I have an idea of the OSD problem origin: When I initialized the xvr I only had one camera attached. I now only have the option of one or 4 camera views on the wifi (I have a full 16 cam view on the directly attached monitor and on the techpross phone app (adjusting settings I have lost the phone connection for the moment but it was working for 16 camera view).
How to fix?
I am hesitant to use the QR codes for phone control: security of phone, small keyboard size of phone, etc.
