i'm switching cams from my old TRIDVR-ELE16M  to newer TRIDVR-EL16M4. i have two IP cams, IPOB-EL3IRE, in garage. i was able to add one ip cam to the new DVR but the other on is now listed as "account has been blacklisted"

i can log into both IP cams via browser. fairly sure in the cam registration i put the correct password for both cams...i've tried that a few times.

 

how do i get this one IP cam not to be blacklisted?

i got it to work. i didn't have the new DVR MAC added to the IP cam allowed access, as the other IP cam had. another user error.
