I have a problem where I lose camera feeds when power is lost to the DVR. If I switch off and switch it back on the unit, some of the cameras would come back up, not necessarily the ones that were working before.
I tried another DVR I had and the cameras work flawlessly. I also purchased the cameras from you guys.
I have a feeling the firmware has become corrupted and may need updating.
Your assistance would be appreciated.
