How can I tell what firmware version my DVR currently has and what the most recent version available is? If my DVR is not current, what is the process for downloading and installing the firmware update?

Hello,
The best way to know the firmware version you are running is by going to Main Menu>Info>Version, Then take note of the build date and the version of the firmware. The best way to provide you with the right Firmware is for you to tell me at least the model number or the order number (Preferably) when you purchased the DVR, that way is no mistakes in the firmware file I will sent you if the current version is older.
