This DVR is running versions...

  • Webrec Control 2.1.7.72
  • NETSDK 3.3.9.7311
  • PLAYSDK 3.32.0.7129

Is there an updated version or is this the most recent?  The problem I have is with the DDNS configuration.  I am trying to use the QuickDDNS option and I continue to get "Can not find the server or the network".  I've easily gotten this same setting to work on two other units but this one continues to fail.  Thanks.

Sometimes the router blocks it. Sometimes the DVR needs to be reset. I would call in so we can try that. As for current firmware I wont know until I try to update your system with what I have.
