I currently have a 16 Ch NVR (NVR-ELCE-16-POE16) and a HAI Omnipro 2 security system. I want to be able to access the camera feeds via my OmniPro 5.7e touchpanel, It requires that I provide a URL however the only URL that I see is in a RTSP:// format which is not supported. I need to be able to pass in an HTTP:// URL and provide the 5.7e an MJPEG stream. I have seen other posts that provide formats like
http://<username>:<password>@192.168.3.xxx:<port>/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
but it does not seem to work.
Is there a specific URL format that I can use?
Thanks in advance.
Here is the stream for MJPEG you can try this at the NVR level but this is meant for ip cameras, no the NVR.. Although Im able to get the ip camera stream from my mac using safari is not nice picture unless you crank the bit rate, Otherwise it will be pixelated. http://<ip>/cgi-bin/mjpg.....lNo>%5D. You will need to remove the brackets for <ip> and the [ for channel]. It should be something like this: http://1.2.3.4/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?channel=1
So the 1.2.3.4 will be replaced with he IP address of the camera and channel needs to be 1. Noticed that this command uses the Main stream only. Lastly we are abandon this type of support for MJPEG compression and soon will be facing out and unsupported on all ip IP line.
