Hello, 

You will need to enable audio on each channel under encode. Select the channel you want and check mark the option for audio under Regular Stream code then click the drop down and choose MD and select audio as well for every channel. 

Our units can have different settings (FPS, Audio) if they are recording Continuos or Motion Detection. Under Encode you can see that drop down right below H.264.
