I have a 16 channel Dvr system 2.608.GV00.0 build 01-18-2013 web 2.1.7.72 serial # PA2HF02100652 is there a software update i can down load i have had it for 4 years i can't find one can you help

It hard to say if we have firmware for such an old recorder. What is the model number? Also, firmware requests are made to our support ticketing system to prevent other customers from bricking their system with the wrong firmware. You can also PM me your Order number.
