I have had several calls about how to focus my PTZ-LX700L12X camera. This is a very easy process as long as you know the steps 

To get to the OSD you must be logged in at the DVR. Double click on the channel the PTZ is on. Then right click on mouse choose pan/tilt/zoom. Now click the plus IRIS button.  The Plus IRIS button is the "enter" button in the OSD of these cameras.  

1. Default the camera:enter OSD RESET MENU SETUP\FACTORY DEFAULT SET SET
2. Zoom all the way out to see if it auto focus, then zoom all the way in and see if it auto focus. If not follow next step.
3. Click plus IRIS
4. Call preset 239 ,then call preset 171, finish revising.Then it will be clear when you ZOOM+/-
5. If you still a have problem, please call preset 239,and call preset 172. Then the focus compensation just set will be cancelled.
