4 Megapixel IP Camera Series
Hey Everyone Joe from Security Camera king here, and today we are excited to be taking a look at our super high quality 4 Megapixel IP Camera series. Now a days, cameras are coming in all sorts of different resolution standards. You have likely heard many of these terms tossed around, such as 1080, 720p, 4k, 2 megapixel. As you can see in the video, and in the images below there are three available shell styles for the 4 megapixel IP Camera series. We have in front of us today, two different dome variants – One turret dome, as Well As a Vandal dome. Additionally, the Camera Comes in a bullet style as well.

Most of the Features found in any one of these units, Are Standard to All 3 of these units, and you can expect the same super shartp four megapixel image quality from all of them. as far as powering the cameras go, all three of These Cameras can be powered By Power Over ethernet, also known as POE, or by using a 12V DC power supply. Every single unit Feature an effective Max Resolution of 4 Megapixels, also expressed as 2688×1520 pixels. Each unit is able to achieve 20 Framer per second of smooth motion at that setting, for a clear precise playback without choppiness. In order to keep those high quality image and video file sizes down, so that you get as many days of recording as possible, all 3 of these cameras are capable of the newest H265 Compression encoding as well. These cameras have what is referred to as a ‘fixed’ lens. This means they do not feature a motorized zoom component, but do have the ability to use digital zoom. Their fixed lenses’ focal length is 2.2 millimeters, which provides them a field of view arc of 102 degrees. Additionally, they’ve all been given an Outdoor Protection Rating of IP67, which means they can be safely mounted outside if used properly in conjunction with the correct mounting, and sealing equipment. All of the cameras feature alert options to keep you notified whenever a potential intrusion has occur. This can be done using standard motion detection options, as well as Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) features such as Tripwire and intrusion box setup for logging or narrowing down possible intrusion events.
These units are all capable of 120DB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for clear Daytime shots even in conflicting lighting situations. This is especially useful when looking through or at glass entryways where light is coming from multiple directions causing visual issues discerning details. The WDR feature helps make these details visible, in exchange for a small loss in color accuracy.
Thanks to a combination of infrared and Standard Starlight technology- These cameras provide a clear image at night, even in an environment illuminated as low as 0.01 Lux. They can use starlight in areas with ambient lighting to see in color at night, or in areas with no light they can activate their IR to see a crisp, but monochrome image in full detail. They also feature a great backup-storage solution. All three Cams can take up to a 256 GB MicroSD Card. there is one feature however, that is unique only to the the Standard Dome variant of the cameras. This particular unit also features a Built-in MIC – for high-quality audio recording.
