Our POE-24MB2GC-ML2EP is a Managed 24-port PoE switch.
Ports 1-8 support the long-distance, ePoE, which is enhanced power over ethernet enabling transmission of up to 2,524ft without needing any additional switches or extenders on a single run.
This unit supports PoE, PoE+, Hi-PoE and the PoC transmission standards. All 24 ports support standard PoE also.
Layer 2 Managed Network ePoE Switch offers enhanced Power and Data Transmission Distances over ePoE; long distance transmission up to 800 meters (2524 feet); IEEE, E100, and E10 Transmission Modes supported (Ports 1-8)
Supports Twisted Pair and Coaxial Cable Transmission (Ports 1-8); Web Management Protocols include 802.1Q, VLAN, STP/RTSP, LACP and 802.1X/QoS for QoS support; PoE Management/Green PoE Support as well as Legacy Support with IEEE802.3af/at Standards support (Hi-PoE).

ePOE
ePoE, or enhanced Power over Ethernet, is an innovative solution that utilizes specialized algorithms capable of extending how far both IP and analog security cameras can reach. ePoE devices are now standard on ONVIF devices and can even be incorporated into traditional PoE systems. What makes ePoE devices different is that they have the capability of converting coaxial infrastructures with the latest IP devices. This capability makes it possible to increase transmission distances through both coaxial and ethernet cables.
