The IPOB-ELS5IR28A-AI-AD is an advanced 5 megapixel (2592 × 1944) IP camera from our Elite series of security products. It has an Active Deterrence feature which gives it the ability to scare off intruders through white light (flashing or normal) and a siren through it’s built in speaker. 

This camera’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) uses advanced algorithms to drastically improve the accuracy of motion based recording. The AI also gives this camera Perimeter Protection, People Counting functions and Face Detection features.

Perimeter Protection uses virtual tripwires to improve the accuracy of motion detection in focused areas while significantly reducing false or unwanted detection events. The advanced processing of the camera’s AI can focus on people or vehicle areas to make far more efficient use of the camera’s resources.

People Counting utilizes progressive image analytics technology to recognize humans from other moving options. The AI tracks them in real time through a variety of situations. Data for each person entering and leaving the camera’s view is collected with up to 95% accuracy, although you will need to pair this camera with our NVRs that also have AI capability in order to take full advantage of this feature.

The wide angle 2.8 mm lens that this camera uses will allow you to detect objects at approximately 184 feet, observe objects at approximately 72 feet, recognize people at approximately 36 feet and identify people at approximately 20 feet.
