The IPVD-EL4MIR28A is our latest vandal dome for our Elite series of products. This 4-megapixel camera records @30FPS and uses H.265 encoding to pull a better quality image while using a lower bit rate, saving you recording space while not impacting image quality.
The IVS features of this camera include tripwire and intrusion detection and when paired with the AI on this camera, it will be able to classify between humans and vehicles that trigger the IVS rules. The AI also allows this camera to use SMD or smart motion detection which is an AI-enhanced version of motion detection, providing more accurate alerts.
The IPVD-EL4MIR28A uses a 2.8mm fixed lens for a wide angle view and with its two IRs it has an illumination distance of 98ft. This camera also has WDR, 3D NR, HLC & BLC to get a better quality image in varying situations.
With its IP67 rating, this camera is protected from the elements and is a great choice for an outdoor camera as well as indoors. The IPVD-EL4MIR28A has a built-in microphone for easy audio capture and using the mic it has an audio detection feature to alert you when the camera picks up noise. A 256GB SD card can be housed in the camera for internal storage and potential standalone use, and when programmed, if the SD card is full or if the card is not being detected by the IPVD-EL4MIR28A an alert will be sent out.
The IPVD-EL4MIR28A uses standard POE or 12V DC for power and has an IK10 protection rating.
