The 1/2.7″ MP Progressive Scan CMOS provides a 102° wide field of view while allowing you to easily recognize individuals up to 36ft away. Capture sharp 1440p video @ 30fps, or max out the full 5MP chipset at a fluid 20fps video, your choice! The improved .005 lux Starlight feature is twice as powerful as the previous generation, allowing for color video in a wide variety of lighting environments at night. For areas where Starlight is not appropriate, the 50m (164ft) IR is plenty powerful to capture everything the camera is capable of seeing. 120db WDR gives you a well-lit, consistent picture in a variety of lighting environments indoors and during the day.
The IPOB-ELS5IR28A-AI-EP features ePoE, allowing you to install your camera up to 800m away from the NVR on a single cable (with compatible NVR or ePoE switch.) With IP67 ingress rating against dust and water, 6kV lightning resistance and a ±30% voltage tolerance you can feel confident installing it inside or outside in even the most unforgiving environments. What makes ePoE devices different is that they have the capability of converting coaxial infrastructures with the latest IP devices. This capability makes it possible to increase transmission distances through both coaxial and ethernet cables.
